About Coyeatta Lee

Hi, I’m Coyeatta Lee, a Northeast Florida REALTOR® with eXp Realty, serving families throughout Nassau County and the surrounding Northeast Florida communities.

But real estate is only part of my story.

I’m a wife, mom of five, military spouse, homeschool mom, community volunteer, and someone who believes strong communities begin with strong families and meaningful relationships.

My family has called Nassau County home since 2016. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to watch this area grow while raising our family, homeschooling our children, volunteering, and building relationships throughout our community.

That experience shapes the way I approach real estate.

Buying a home isn’t only about bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage. You’re choosing the community where you’ll build your everyday life.

I especially enjoy helping military and relocating families, millennials, first-time buyers, growing families, and homeschool families. Whether you’re moving across town or across the country, I want you to understand not only the real estate process, but the area you’re considering calling home.

I earned my Florida real estate license in 2022, and my experience goes beyond the transactions where my name was the primary one on the contract. I’ve spent years working directly with clients and behind the scenes helping transactions move from contract to closing.

That has actually become one of my favorite parts of real estate.

I enjoy keeping things moving, solving problems, watching deadlines, communicating with everyone involved, and helping people feel informed instead of overwhelmed.

Outside of individual transactions, I stay involved in our local real estate community through AINCAR and committee service. I’ve also spent years volunteering with youth, serving through a local private school, helping with community events, and connecting homeschool families with resources and opportunities throughout our area.

Faith, family, service, and community are important parts of who I am, and they influence the way I run my business.
